My Why Campaign. Showcasing current WMCHealth workers WHY they choose to work with WMCHealth and WHY they enjoy the job environment that WMCH provides. Real life nurse examples as an inspiration to draw in more applicants to that hospital.

Duke Hiring Event Campaign

Based on our previous experiences, we implemented a large-scale turnkey RN and MA Hiring Event. This was their March Madness Campaign to tie in events from NCAA basketball to their nursing career event to give more interest to candidates applying to the area.



Photoshoot Direction & Coordination

Develop a full image asset library for Duke Health by setting up multiple photography shoots and locations. This provided Duke with an entire library of assets to be used on all their creative collateral and advertising.

Beth Israel Lahey Health - Brand Refresh

PROBLEM: their career websites and marketing materials were providing a lackluster candidate experience, resulting in a lack of candidates and a high drop-off rate.

SOLVE: Created a new Brand refresh setting up marketing materials across all mediums. New UX/UI to introduce the career website providing a best-in-class customer experience for easy sign-ups and easy job applying functions.
